Basic export process

Creation of EADs

We create the electronic export forms for you (export accompanying documents – EADs).

Transmission of EADs

After clearance by customs, you will receive the export accompanying documents from us, for your convenience, by e-mail.

Proof for the tax office

After the export clearance has been completed, you will also receive your export notice, for accounting purposes and as proof for the tax office, conveniently, by e-mail.

Transmission in hardcopy form

All hardcopy export forms are created by us and sent to you by post or courier, according to the state of urgency.

Customs clearance in the destination country

We are happy to organize the import customs clearance for you in the destination country.
